Mumbai
being a business hub of India, we had been watching the trend of communication
& collaboration space
over the last 2 decades and as part of our organization expansion plan, we were
hunting for a strong product that was powerful & futuristic in Nature. We
met Haloocom team in 2018 at an Event at Mumbai & after a strong assessment
of their product line, Future plans, we took an instant decision to associate
with Haloocom & represent them at Mumbai.

It had
been a roller coaster ride with Haloocom, being an upcoming new brand in Mumbai
market, Both Access Infoway & Haloocom teams were committed to increase its
footprints with SME’s & Corporates. We conducted many road shows to take
Haloocom offerings to our large network of Resellers, Dealers in Mumbai and
create the awareness on the cost benefits & premium features available with
Haloocom. We received an outstanding market feedback, within the first
anniversary of this partnership (12 months), we generated gross revenues of INR
50L. we are looking forward to growing 2X this year, considering the market
situations post Covid Lock down.

most importantly Closures & Deals. Major share of the deals billed by
Access infoway in the first year of operations was with direct support from

4. Effect of Covid Lockdowns?
Like rest
of the world, Indian businesses had also its part of struggles. Being in the
Telecom space, we are on the path of recovery & the future looks promising.
Although, the market dynamics has changed rapidly post Covid Lockdowns, WFH
users have increased rapidly, so has our service offerings.
5. Your Plans of Expansion?
Channel
Partners and their development has been the DNA for Haloocom. Therefore,
Channel partner expansion is going to be the core focus for Access infoway for
the year 2021. Our goal is to empower upcoming businesses, resellers &
dealers with cutting edge futuristic communication solution that can be help
them increase their business portfolio & means to generate additional
revenue.

We have
deployed Haloocom’s Unified communication platform for one of India’s biggest celebrity brand to Mumbai’s
Premium Residential Property hub. We have close to 10K userbase only from
Mumbai that are using Haloocom’s Unified Communication & Contact Center
platform. We are looking forward to doubling the user base in 2021.
